Sea of Love (1989)

Al Pacino is a legend, there’s no denying it. In Sea of Love, he looks like a broken down tired soul with nothing of value in his life. What I love(d) about this film is the uncertainty of who the killer was and whether or not our main cop is close to solving the case. I feel for Pacino’s character as he struggles to balance work and love/lust, while trying to stay alive. There’s a dark psychologucal undertone to the film that I enjoyed.
