American Made was so good, that I swore if one of the worse characters died then I would rate it 10/10. Well, that character did die, so there will be a perfect score somewhere down at the bottom. Now having said that, my high score made it clear I was heavily invested in the story and main characters. Tom Cruise still has it, whether it’s the crazy flying stunts or just telling this outrageous true story, American Made makes up for any of his other terrible films recently. There is a lot of comedic moments in a story about greed, corruption, and dare-devil manoeuvres. American Made won’t cut up the box office quite like It did, but if you need to head out and watch something entertaining, then this is a film that won’t disappoint. 8/10 (10/10)
