Little Big League (1994)

Little Big League is another film from a decade that tried to pump out many sports movies involving kids. I would say out of the handful of th0se baseball movies, this would be my favourite. Not only is this a story about growing up and making adult decisions as kid, but it is about accepting responsibility. When the owner of the Minnesota Twins suddenly dies, he leaves the team to his grandson Billy Heywood. This kid knows almost everything about the game and the players which makes the transition acceptable. Billy may not be the manager the team needs to make the playoffs, but he may just the spark they need to be a better team. 7/10
