The Scout (1994)

The Scout is the perfect example of big Hollywood names getting roped into a terrible movie. Brendan Fraser may have just been starting out when he starred in the Scout, but Albert Brooks was already established. When you think of a movie involving a scout, you would think the story would be focused on a prodigy who changes the game. Instead the Scout was a pretty bad attempt of the comical side of great talent with some personal problems. You can tell from the beginning the chemistry among st the characters isn’t there and even the subject material isn’t there to back them up. If you love baseball or movies about the game, you should skip this one because you’re not missing out on a whole lot. 2/10
