New York City is the place that never sleeps, so when two teenagers finally meet and fall in love, the night provides endless opportunities to go on epic adventures. Nick (Michael Cera) is heartbroken and trying to get to over his ex girlfriend when he meets Norah (Kat Dennings), a girl trying to break free from a trouble relationship. These two kids share a deep connection through their love of music, that they will explore the city with their friend to look for concerts. This story could have worked if it had stuck to a young couple romantic comedy story line, instead of cramming it with as much drama as possible. It was pretty funny to see the NYC nightlife through these teens eyes, even though this could have been a golden opportunity to do more with less. 4/10
