I have never been a fan of movies set on a pirate ship, let alone movies about pirates. The Voyage of the Dawn Treader was a pretty fun sea adventure, even though I felt the adventures were better on land. One of the actors I dislike the most, Will Poulter, is a leading actor in the movie. Although he ends up as one of the coolest characters in story, I can forgive the cast director for putting him in the film at the beginning and the end. Lucy and Edmund return for one final trip to Narnia, while teaming up with Prince Caspian (again) who has even bigger problems then the last time they met. I know the series continues on without our favorite brothers and sisters from the first few movies, which meant this was a decent send off of sorts because it was the last time they would be together. Ana tried to explain a little more background of the meaning of the whole Narnia story to me, how Aslan’s forbidden land is Heaven, he is God, and that these few kids had been chosen to protect the kingdom and everything it is meant to represent. Overall I have had no major complaints or problems with the first three movies of the Chronicle movies, I now just have to wait and see what they can come up with next. 7/10
