If this is the first time you heard about Hurricane Heist, I will give you a second to go watch the trailer. Now that you are back, I will agree with you, this movie looked so dumb. Why on Earth would anyone make up such a silly story? Well, let me tell you that The Hurricane Heist is actually a pretty fun ride. The movie has many flaws and some pretty obvious CGI issues, but the story itself is pretty good. We all know there is looting during bad storms, it’s the bad side of human nature to take advantage of the weak in chaos. I got to admit, most of us probably never think of government property among the carnage of major storms, so why not rob the federal government of $600 millions dollars when they are focused on a storm. There is a lot of action in the movie, that is not all about flying cars and houses. It is really a race against time, to catch the bad guys, and save yourself before the storm really makes landfall. The Hurricane Heist won’t be the greatest action movie of the year, but with a unique story and a handful of decent gun battles, this movie will entertain you more than disappoint you. 7/10
