Ten Stars or Less

Just the other day I was thinking of Disney Classics I need to watch for the first time or need a refresher on. The majority of us remember Lady and the Tramp for the spaghetti kissing scene. To be honest, that’s all I remembered and had no clue how these two dogs even met. We sat down to watch this classic the other night and I was impressed how short and to the point this movie is. The animation is great and the voices really fit their on-screen K-9 characters. Today kids could point to the Secret Life of Pets as the best animated movie from the point of dogs, but this was really the first one, the torch-bearer if you want to give it another name. The story won audiences over because it really blended the lines of human lives and crazy things dogs do. It then shows how important dogs are to humans and the emotions we show to our favourite four-legged friends. 8/10
