The best part of Godzilla was the destruction of Fenway Park in Boston. It was a welcome sight to see a different American city get torn to shreds besides New York and San Francisco. If you go into this expecting a lot of Godzilla, let me tell you, he sleeps most of the movie. The other monsters of the film get all the screen time, and that includes the stupid humans who think they can control the King. Their pity drama takes up the majority of the film and there’s hardly any action scenes. I think I fell asleep once myself, because this movie is just a place holder for the next one, which they were not afraid to remind you of.
