Entourage (2015)

2/10 Entourage may have been a funny show that I never got around to watching, but this promising movie was all but funny. The movie really lacked a good story that made me interested in these characters or their back stories. Even the appearance of a dozen or so celebrities/atheletes couldn’t save this film. Maybe … More Entourage (2015)

Trainwreck (2015)

3/10 Amy Schumaker may be funny, I really wouldn’t know. If I had to guess, based on her performance in Trainwreck, I would say no way. I avoided this movie for a long time and good reason, it wasn’t everything everyone made it out to be. Some people will love it, while others will loathe … More Trainwreck (2015)

Remember (2015)

6/10 I went into Remember with zero expectations, considering no one at the theatre even heard about it. What I thought was a somewhat boring story through out most of the film, actually has an amazing twist at the end that made the whole journey worth while.

True Story (2015)

5/10 There was very little publicity about True Story, which really showcased James Franco’s versatility¬†as an actor. His character along with his emotions were the best part of this film. He was cold and calculating which really kept journalist Jonah Hill on his toes. This was a very intriguing story about a crime that made … More True Story (2015)

Black Mass (2015)

6/10 I have no clue what Whitey Bulger looks like, but Johnny Depp takes his acting abilities to a whole new level that is beyond creepy. Black Mass was a really long movie that begins to wear on you about half way through. The main focus here was to showcase how dirty and crazy some … More Black Mass (2015)

Self/Less (2015)

8/10 Self/Less may be a torch-bearer for future body transportation movies. Despite a lazy build up at the beginning, Ryan Reynolds was able to turn up the action and uncover some very dark secrets about the effects of transplanting memories. This won’t be the best movie you’ll ever see, but will be a very interesting … More Self/Less (2015)
